LivingRoom Yoga "Warm"

if you want to feel fully relaxed after a yoga class come to Kevin's Warm Yoga on Monday at 7:30. At 80-85 degrees, the warm class offers the perfect opportunity for practitioners to experience yoga in a not too hot and not too cool environment. Kevin will offer postures (asanas), stretches, and transitions linked by aware breathing (pranayama) to develop students' precision, flexibility, and relaxation while immersed in warmth.
Go home feeling very relaxed.
