Susan Schmidt, RN, Neighbor

A lifelong resident of Emmaus, PA, Susan is a Certified Registered Nurse Educator and Freelance Health Writer.   A former Vice President of the Emmaus Borough Council, Susan has been on several local advisory boards including Lehigh County Adult and Aging Services, Power of Women and Emmaus Zoning Hearing Board.   The mother of 3 children, adult through high school, Susan has given countless hours volunteering for school related activities and fostering positive development of our local youth.   In her free time she enjoys, reading, yoga and photography and looks forward to hearing from her readers about topics of interest to them.   Her motto is "leave all things better than when you found them" and hopes that she can engage you in meaningful dialogue on a regular basis!
