Shel Dougherty, Neighbor

I am 'mom' to 4 awesome, awesome boys.  I love raising boys and have come to terms with dirt, sticks... and the condition of my bathrooms. 

I love yoga, gardening, traveling and adventure-finding with my family.  We love hiking, playing football in the backyard and our weekly trips to the farmers market.

As a parenting coach, I love helping parents create more fun and peace in their homes. Seeing parents and children connecting, laughing and really 'getting' one another is, well, just too rewarding to describe.  And the thought of raising a generation of respectful, mindful, responsible and internally motivated kids?  Wow.  there's nothing I want more for this small sweet world of ours.
