I am a martial arts instructor teaching at Lehigh Valley Martial Arts under Shigung Paul Miller.  I started my training at 10 years old at LVMA when Kyokushin Kai Karate was the only style we taught.  Since then the school has expanded into 3 different locations in Brienigsville, Fogelsville, as well as a school in Emmaus.  After reaching the rank of Black Belt in Karate I began training in the Chinese internal martial arts like Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Xing Yi, and Ba Gua.  I have been teaching for 5 years now and still training and learning since the day I began.
