Eleven vehicles are hit within three blocks, police say.
It must have been great fun for a time. Lobbing eggs at vehicles only to have them splatter like bursting fireworks. In fact, it must have been so much fun, that throwing eggs at just one car wouldn't do. In all, yolk ran from 11 vehicles in the early hours of July 3 in the 2900 through 3200 blocks of Sequoia Drive in Lower Macungie Township, according to state police at Fogelsville. But the fun stopped for three young men accused of throwing the eggs. Police have charged two underage boys and Braden Lawrence Rikli, 18, of Emmaus with disorderly conduct associated with tossed eggs. The incidents weren't much fun for the victims, either, although police reported that there was no permanent damage to any of the vehicles. The above arrest …

The Rev. Martin Milne of Zion's Lutheran says the church is waiting to hear back from its insurance company about fixing the damaged glass door.
It will be one week ago tomorrow that someone threw an empty glass bottle at the front door of Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Upper Milford Township. The church pastor, the Rev. Martin Milne, says he is hoping that the damaged glass door can be repaired in time for services on Sunday. The glass company removed the broken glass pane yesterday and Milne says the church is waiting to hear back from its insurance company in order to move forward with the repair. "It's unfortunate that even the church is a target for vandalism. There just doesn't seem to be anything that people will not vandalize," Milne says. Citing a state police report, Lehigh Valley Live says an empty glass bottle shattered a pane of glass in the church's front door …

That's funny, including my daughter whom I know is not a thief, there has been many aides fired from Emmaus Village for thefts. I guess the real thief is still profiting off of the elderly. The sad and sickening part is they do have video cameras around the place, someone who has access to those cameras recording device would be the person I'd like to investigate.   more ›
