The Tiger Mom has been getting a lot of media attention lately, and truth-be-told, there's probably a little Tiger Mom in all of us. In what way are you a Tiger Mom? Moms Talk is a new feature on Emmaus Patch that is part of a new initiative on our Patch sites to reach out to moms and families. So grab a cup of coffee and settle in as we start the conversationwith Jennifer Marangos, president of MOMS Club of Lower Macungie East/Emmaus and the members of that group.

I'm not sure I would characterize myself as a tiger mom. I definitely push my children to be the best they can be in general, however, I think I have loosened up in my old age:) I don't let them get away with much when it comes to unacceptable behaviors. Though I have spent 1 week telling my oldest daughter to clean her room--not really following up with it. lol I believe in consistency AND … more ›
