An argument turned physical recently in Upper Milford Township, with a man shoving a woman and the woman kicking the man, police said. Both will be cited for harassment, according to state police at Fogelsville. The pair, unnamed in the report but listed as a 21-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, began arguing about 10 p.m. April 23 at 3331 S. Seventh St. Extension, police said. Police weren't specific as to who started the physical actions, but the man pushed the woman, and the woman kicked the man. Police did not say whether either person was injured. Two Emmaus women were harassed by an Upper Macungie man who threatened to stab them in the head and burn down their house, police say.
Two Emmaus women were harassed by an Upper Macungie man who threatened to stab both of them in the head and burn down their home on S. 11th Street, according to court papers. Russell J. Gallagher, 41, was taken into custody by Emmaus Police about 11 p.m. Feb. 9, after one of the women reported that someone had been circling the block around their home and had used the spare key fob for her car to set off the car alarm. She also told police that he had been repeatedly calling her on the phone. Police issued Gallagher a harassment citation and brought him back to his home at 1063 Mosser Road, Breiningsville. Girl at her Orefield-area school is charged after saying she would have schoolmate shot, troopers report.
An Emmaus girl was the victim of a recent shooting threat at the Orefield-area school that she attends, according to police. The 17-year-old and a 16-year-old girl from Allentown argued at the Lehigh Learning and Adjustment School at 2936 Corporate Court in Weisenberg Township, according to state police at Fogelsville. The Allentown girl about 11:45 a.m. Feb. 12 threatened to have the Emmaus girl shot as a result. The victim and teachers reported the incident to police, troopers said. The Allentown girl was charged with terroristic threats and harassment, police said.

Both individuals cited for harassment at Upper Milford home, troopers report.
The weapons in a recent duel at an Upper Milford Township home were neither swords nor pistols. Instead, state police at Fogelsville reported that a man and woman were cited for threatening each other with a cell phone and spackling knife. It was not immediately clear, according to police-released information, what started a dispute in the 4000 block of Miller Avenue about 8:40 p.m. Saturday. But police reported that Vincent David Longo, 51, made threatening gestures with a spackling knife. Pattie Ann Bowman, 47, responded by striking Longo in the face with a cell phone, police said. Both were cited for harassment, police said. Charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Donna Butler of Emmaus.

Kevin L. Good, 51, is charged with simple assault and harassment after a fight in the Coopersburg Social Hall.
An Emmaus man is charged with simple assault and harassment in an incident at the Coopersburg Social Hall. Police were dispatched to the social hall Jan. 19, a Saturday, at 3:40 p.m. for a "disturbance." According to the criminal complaint, when police arrived they found Good in the parking lot of the hall "intoxicated and agitated about the fight." Inside the social hall they located Good's wife bleeding from her nose and crying. When asked, the victim said that her husband hit her in the nose. Witnesses at the bar confirmed that Good struck her in the face with his elbow. Good was released on $5,000 bail. An initial "no contact" order placed on Good was lifted by the district attorney's office.

Driver stops vehicle in middle of Buckeye Road during a domestic dispute, troopers report.
You would have to say that an Emmaus pair didn't hide their anger after they recently had it out in the middle of a busy Upper Milford Township street, according to police. State police at Fogelsville said they were dispatched Jan. 16 to a report of a disturbance in a minivan in the middle of Buckeye Road. When they arrived, police said they learned that a domestic disturbance took place. Todd Smith and Carmina Ortiz began to argue, police said. That led the driver, and police did not specify which occupant was at the wheel, to stop the vehicle in the middle of the roadway. Police said the two struck each other and cited both for harassment.

Processed at Lehigh County Central Booking and committed to Lehigh County Prison. Reported Dec. 27, 2012. Charged. A 16-year-old male from Emmaus with Possession of a Prohibited Offensive Weapon after being found in possession of metal knuckles in the 500 block of Chestnut Street. Charges filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Probation.

Charged: Unnamed 18-year-old man of the 200 block of Park Row, Emmaus; pushed another 18-year-old man at 2:22 p.m. Dec. 19 and punched him in the head, causing a bruise to the forehead and bloody nose in the victim's home at 6532 Hickory Road in Lower Macungie, police said.

A man's alleged intended romantic advances at a Lower Macungie home sure got a reaction from a woman all right, but that was in the form of a harassment accusation filed with police. An unidentified 60-year-old man rubbed the victim's back and shoulders about 5 p.m. Nov. 11 at 3041 Schoeneck Road, according to state police at Fogelsville. He then played a pornographic movie for the 22-year-old to see. She also was from Lower Macungie, but another address.

Personally I do not care what kind of school it was, these girls are basically adults at their age, not much change in the yr or 2 till 18 and are old enough to accept the punishment received. At first I thought it was going to be a bubble gun or pencil threat made by a kindergartner or close too the age of a kindergartner,surprisingly it was a real threat though that shouldn't be ignored.   more ›
