Karri Schreppel, who owns Emmaus-based Sugar So Sweet, treats Emmaus and the surrounding area with traveling cupcakes and excellent service.

Name: Karri Schreppel Where do you live? "My husband and I bought our home in Emmaus in June 2010, and absolutely love it here!" What's your professional training? "I attended Lehigh Carbon Community College for Business. I have known since I was young that I wanted my own business. My baking training comes from many years of practice! Baking started for me at a young age -- one of my fondest family memories is our annual holiday 'Cookie Day,' sharing recipes and baking together."
