Mother, Son Killed in Fiery Crash [Video]
The victims of last weekend's fiery crash on MacArthur Road have been identified as a mother and son from Whitehall Township
Sharon Gonzalez-Medina, 41, of Whitehall Township, and her 16-year-old son, George Sanchez, were the two people killed Saturday when a pickup truck hit their car, which burst into flames on MacArthur Road near St. John's United Church of Christ-Mickleys. Gonzalez-Medina's car was turning right onto MacArthur Road from Eberhart Road when she was hit by a pickup truck traveling north at a high rate of speed about 6 p.m., according to the reports. Gonzalez-Medina and son were pronounced dead shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday. The two crash victims were identified through dental records, according to the Lehigh County coroner's office.
