State police at Fogelsville said they were dispatched Jan. 16 to a report of a disturbance in a minivan in the middle of Buckeye Road. When they arrived, police said they learned that a domestic disturbance took place. Todd Smith and Carmina Ortiz began to argue, police said. That led the driver, and police did not specify which occupant was at the wheel, to stop the vehicle in the middle of the roadway. Police said the two struck each other and cited both for harassment.
