Salesman was not knowledgeable and sold us an insert that couldn't heat the area it was for. Asked for help within a few weeks of purchase and owner couldn't be bothered to help us once he got our money. Should be selling used cars, not fireplaces.

Was sold a very nice unit, was told they did not need to see the house, that pictures were fine, were given a price for what the stove pipe would cost....stove was delivered with the pipe but the Men had no clue they had to install it....they made arrangements for a sub contractor to install the stove and we were then charged double what the estimate was for the stove pipe. We were told by the sub contractor that this is usually what they do. Stay away, stay far away....their salesmen are not knowledgeable.
