I took an item of stained glass to this place for repair. A very old piece from a nativity display.The shepherd. The base was broken and needed to be reattached. We show this on our fireplace mantel each year. After waiting several weeks we visited the store to inquire about the repair. It was like we were never there. Now one knew anything about our request. We were told someone would contact us. After a month plus we decided to visit again. Nothing. We retrieved the item and left the store with it not repaired. I was able to fix this myself. I will never recommend this shop and will never see the inside again. Rotten customer service and a crappy attitude with it.
