We like this place as a family. With 2 young kids, the service is fast and it's reasonably priced. The food is consistent and the margaritas are cheap during happy hour. We usually go early to beat any kind of rush they might have. Have not been there when it's been super busy, but even with moderate traffic, service is quick and friendly.

If you can't afford to go to Mexico, stop in here! We absolutely love Fiesta Ole' food, service and atmosphere. We've been to Cozumel twice and this is as close as it comes to Mexican authenticity :)
