Monday night's meeting of the East Penn Board of School Directors began with public comment by parents and community members asking for the resignation of controversial School Director Julian Stolz.
This time, the calls for Stolz to step down from his elected post were triggered by his admission of having dated a 15-year-old Emmaus High School student while he was 20 years old and a school board member.
By Tuesday afternoon, Stolz announced his resignation from the board on his blog The Stolz Report, citing the potential public scrutiny of this girlfriend's life as the reason.
