School Bus Problems? Here's What to Do
There is a simple process in East Penn School District for those families who need help with school bus issues.
A Willow Lane Elementary School parent's concerns about school bus safety made headlines recently, gaining notice through, among other tactics, a YouTube video and a Facebook group known as Protect the H.A.W.K.
But, parents in East Penn School District don't have to go to such extremes to get help with school bus problems, according to East Penn.
In fact, the district offers the following simple advice for parents and caregivers who have questions or concerns about their child's school bus: Pick up the phone and dial the East Penn transportation office.
"If a parent is experiencing busing issues or has any busing questions, they are to contact the Transportation Office," writes East Penn Community Liaison Nicole Bloise in an email to Patch.
