This 2 part workshop is intended to give the student information & excercise to help bring their life back into a place of peace & balance in a simple & easy format. Included in the workshop is the book 'Experience the Life you Want'. We will do all the exercises in the book so that it will be easier for you to continue them on a day to day basis & make them a part of your life. It can be overwhelming with all the different information that is available out there. This book & workshop gets right to the basics so you can start making changes in your life immediately.
