"dear County assessor:  i have diligently paid my property tax since 1972 and gladly.    but not now.  i protest and legally appeal my property assessment  hike while Penna Gov take Frack campaign money and turn a blind idea to the dangers of Fracking which poison the water and woods which Halves my property value!  Fracking is Pennsylvania's very own CHERNOBYL.   Please research property values in Chernobyl.  noone lives there anymore, now that's a value. Please call local lawyer who posted a billboard on Route 78 East of Allentown "Got Benzene?  Has your property value plummeted? You've been Fracked! join our local neighborhood class action suit."    Please ask your Hydrologist:  where FrackWastewater ends up. "Downstream, South, towards the sea."   Frackwater dumped on roads and 'donated' as sludge on farmers fields and VENTING in open pits may take a few rains to flush out into gravity flow to water table,  then it is all downhill to Philly.   What  value property with poison water, what pets what garden what songbirds grace CHERNOBYL?  What value?
ACT13's severence fracktax won't make up for our TAX REVENUE LOST when Penna Properties reaches their final 'frack value.'  ask West Virginia what their land is taxed at after mountain removal mining.  ask Colorado ask Wyoming.  Dear Assessor:  Legitimate public servant that you are, WHY NOT TELL YOUR LEGISLATORS THEY ARE SHOOTING THEIR FEET. do the math. do your job.  tell them you won't have tax revenue to pay for Frackdisaster remediation the fracklawyers made sure WE have to pay for, they won't pay. "   thanks a lot, Barnaby Ruhe, citizen of Emmaus Pennsylvania, Upper Milford Township.

I am concerned. Emmaus is a part of your constituency and to the best of my knowledge you have notRead More had a Town Hall Meeting or any public meeting in this area. Why? Safety is as important in Lehigh County as in other counties and programs such as this should be made available to everyone.
