Emmaus Scholars Honored by Their Universities

Students from Emmaus have been named to the Fall 2012 Dean's List at their schools.

Several students from Emmaus have been cited by their universities for achievement:

  • Two Emmaus residents were named to the Dean’s List at Saint Joseph's University for Fall 2012. Michael A. Pogash is majoring in Chemistry and Lindsay M. Bisbing is majoring in Food Marketing. Students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or above, a B or greater in all their classes, and complete at least 15 credits to earn Dean's List status for a semester.

  • Carly Barron of Emmaus was named to Dean's List at St. Bonaventure University. Barron is majoring in strategic communications and digital media.

  • University of the Sciences announced that Nicholas Yackanicz has achieved Dean’s List status for the Fall 2012 semester. Dean’s List students must complete and pass all assigned courses with no grade below a "C" and attain an academic average of at least 3.4 for courses taken in the Fall of 2012. Yackanicz is a doctor of pharmacy student.
