East Penn Schools Closed Wednesday
East Penn School District will be closed for the second day in a row as the community digs out from Tuesday's snow storm and prepares to bear dangerously cold temperatures.
East Penn School District is closed Wednesday, Jan. 22, including all offices. No transportation will be provided for non-East Penn students.
This is the second day in a row that East Penn is closed this week.
Dangerously cold temperatures, including wind chills as low as negative 22 degrees are forecast for today, according to the National Weather Service. There is a wind chill advisory in effect for the East Penn area until 11 a.m., the NWS says.
