"When reading that Tweet, I would ask people to consider what day it is."

Monday is April 1, or April Fools' Day, a day typically characterized by jokes and pranks.

On Friday, Stolz told Patch that on Tuesday morning he would be issuing a video statement about the recent controversy concerning his comments on Twitter that would impact his future with the board.

On Friday, Stolz said that he would wait until Tuesday to issue that statement because Monday would be April 1, or April Fools' Day, and he did not want members of the East Penn community to think his statement was an April Fools' Day joke.

However, on Monday, Stolz said that he is very busy with work and that statement may in fact be issued at a later time.
