Education is very important and it will educate our students to make them viable leaders in the future.

To offer the best educational opportunities available but also maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Budget cuts and and possible elimination of essential classes and cuts of the most important asset to our school district teachers and support staff.

Only if its means eliminating important programs and as well as the great teachers we have and support staff, the max tax increase i would vote for would be 4.8% and no higher.

Making the employees pay more towards Health care cost, looking at our energy uses in all buildings, combining classes, looking at new suppliers for inventoried items.

8. Do you support merit pay for teachers?

I support merit pay for teachers so they can have incentives to get better educated and to learn new technologies that would enhance the classroom education.

I do not support the governors voucher program and think it would be detrimental to our public school system.

10. How do you think Gov.Corbett’s proposed budget will affect East Penn?

It will not have a good impact on east penn or the other 501 school districts in pennsylvania. it looks like possible layoffs and classes could be eliminated, and additional burden will fall on the taxpayers.
