In the Republican race, seated East Penn School Board Member Julian Stolz and incumbent Councilman Brent Labenberg are attempting to earn their party's nod in the May 21 primary.
In the Democratic primary, incumbent Councilman Wesley Barrett is on the ballot along with two other Democrats, according to the unofficial list.
