Emmaus Patch Favors Romney-Ryan

Majority of voters in Emmaus and Upper Milford voted for Romney-Ryan ticket.

With Tuesday’s General Election, President Barack Obama earned another four more years in the White House. However, if some voters in Emmaus and Upper Milford Township had their druthers, the outcome of the election would be quite different.

The Obama-Biden ticket won the state of Pennsylvania. And, as has been the case with past presidential elections, and vice versa.

According to unofficial election tallies 77,029 voters (53 percent) in Lehigh County and 66,718 voters (51.53 percent) in Northampton County cast their ballots for the Democratic presidential ticket.
