The Borough of Emmaus is currently accepting letters of interest to serve on a number of volunteer boards and commissions.
There are many ways to shape how things are done in the Borough of Emmaus, short of running for borough office.
Right now, the borough is accepting letters of interest to serve on a number of volunteer committees, according to the borough web site. These include:
- Arts Commission
- Joint Environmental Advisory Council
- Parks & Recreation Commission
- Planning Commission
- Shade Tree Commission
- Board of Health
- Building Board of Appeals
- Civil Service Commission
- General Authority
- Library Board
- Vacancy Board
- Zoning Hearing Board.
Interested volunteers should complete the Board and Commission/Volunteer Information Sheet and forward it to: Borough Manager, 28 S. 4th Street, Emmaus, PA 18049.
