Youth Reports Masked Intruder with Knife

Nothing taken, no one hurt in Upper Milford criminal trespass, police say.

A youth reported to police that a masked man armed with a knife broke into an Upper Milford Township home on Nov. 14.

The man was spotted by a juvenile of unspecified age inside the home at 5203 Homestead Circle, according to . Entry and exit were made about 7:30 p.m. through an unlocked garage door. Nothing was taken and no one was hurt.

The juvenile described the man as wearing dark clothing, dark boots, black gloves, a black ski mask and holding a knife, police said. The incident was classified a criminal trespass.

State police also reported the following Upper Milford incidents:

Charged: 14-year-old boy; Nov. 8 with criminal mischief for throwing an object through a garage window of Eric Lang in the 4700 block of Buckeye Road, police said; unspecified value.

Motor vehicle accident: Reported at 6:37 a.m. Nov. 11 in front of 7720 Chestnut St.; minor injury to Chris L. Blevins, 83, of Boyertown; car struck tree and rolled on its roof, police said; Blevins cited for careless driving.

Motor vehicle accident: Reported at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 15 in front of 5202 Chestnut St.; three-vehicle accident with Emily C. Baker, 23, of Allentown taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest by Macungie EMS with unknown severity of injury; Brian K. Fey, 40, of Zionsville took his eyes off the road and looked up too late to stop and struck stopped vehicle in front of him driven by Baker, police said; Baker's vehicle was pushed into one driven by Louis C. Spagnoletti, 71, of Macungie; Fey was charged with careless driving.
