State Police Release Upper Milford Incidents

The following information was supplied by state police at Fogelsville. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

have released the following recent incidents for Upper Milford Township:

Accident with injuries: Reported at 8:28 a.m. Sept. 8 on Salem Bible Church Road; Justin M. Haman, 17, of Limerick, Berks County, collided with a stone wall when his vehicle slid on a wet roadway while trying to negotiate a turn, police said; vehicle received disabling front end damage; father took Haman for treatment at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest; Haman cited for travelling too fast for conditions.

Hit and run: Reported at 11:03 p.m. Aug. 25 at Route 29 and Colebrook Avenue; Ronald A. Frace Jr., 28, of Macungie was attempting to turn onto Colebrook Avenue when another vehicle tried to pass him on the right but struck his right quarter panel causing minor damage, police said; the unknown driver of the other car did not stop; the offending vehicle was described as a dark, older model Ford Bronco with a suspension lift kit.

Criminal mischief: Reported Sept. 15 by Jamie Klopchin at 3468 Bleiler Road; all-terrain vehicle parked in driveway was pushed over an embankment, causing it to roll several times, police said; police did not specify damage.
