State Police Release Upper Milford Incidents

The following information was supplied by troopers at the barracks in Fogelsville. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

released the following recent incidents for Upper Milford Township:

Access device theft: Reported Aug. 17 by Lily Roblin of 4380 Knollwood Drive; contacted by store in Minnesota that an on-line purchase of $153 was attempted via debit card from Louisville, Ky., police said; transaction was denied.

Charged: Oliver S. Reese, 76, of Zionsville; Aug. 16 after motor vehicle accident at 9:30 a.m. on Route 29 at Kings Highway South; Reese turned left in front of a vehicle driven by Stacey L. Rossetti, 40, of Zionsville, police said; no one injured, but Reese cited for failure to yield to oncoming driver when turning left.

Access device fraud: Reported Aug. 22 by Joanne Sorich of Upper Milford; Sorich said her credit card was used to make fraudulent purchases, police said; no value given.

Motor vehicle accident: Christian A. Collado, 21, of Allentown injured Aug. 22 in accident at 6:08 a.m.; car driven by Robert J. Carkhuff, 36, of Pennsburg was stopped on Route 29 and preparing to turn onto Kings Highway South when Collado's car was unable to stop and struck Carkuff's from behind, police said; Carkhuff's severity of injury was unspecified by police, but he was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest; he also was cited for following too closely.
