State Police Release Upper Milford Incidents
The following information was supplied by troopers at the barracks in Fogelsville. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The following recent incidents were reported in Upper Milford Township by :
Motor vehicle accident: Frances I. Rodriguez, 50, of Allentown was moderately hurt July 29 in a 5:42 p.m. accident on Route 29 north of Tollgate Road; Rodriguez's car was stopped in traffic on Route 29 when it was hit by a pickup truck driven by Annmarie Woods, 44, of Zionsville, who was looking in her rearview mirror, police said; Rodriguez's car was pushed into one driven by Branda A. Sthen, 54, of Zionsville; Rodriguez received head and back injuries; Woods was cited for not staying in her lane and operating a vehicle with an expired registration.
Charged: Earl W. Shearer, 51, of Emmaus, July 25 with failing to stay in his lane of travel; Shearer was traveling south on Vera Cruz Road south at Main Road East when he went onto the road's shoulder at 4:38 p.m. and struck an unoccupied vehicle properly parked on the side of the road, police said; Shearer continued on to Churchview Park where he was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and other offenses.

Criminal mischief: Reported July 31 by Harry James Peirce of 4010 Churchview Road; returned home from vacation to find front window broken, police said; no value given.
