Puppy Dragged by Pickup Back With Owner
Emmaus Police say that no charges will be filed in puppy-dragging incident in Strayer section of Emmaus.
The released the following statement by email regarding the reported on by Emmaus Patch this morning:
“Follow-up is complete. After contacting the Lehigh County DA's Office and the State Department of Agriculture (State Dog Warden) there will be no charges filed, due to the accidental nature of the incident. The dog has been released back to the owner, whose identity is not being released at this time.”
