Police: Teen Bully Charged with Terroristic Threats at LMMS

The following incidents were obtained with information that was supplied by troopers at the barracks in Fogelsville. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Charged: 13-year-old boy Oct. 6 with terroristic threats; threatened to harm another 13-year-old boy on several occasions at Lower Macungie Middle School, 6299 Lower Macungie Road, police said.

Theft: Reported Sept. 24 by Thomas Higgins of 6634 Blue Heather Court, Lower Macungie; firearm stolen from his vehicle at his home, police said; no loss estimate.

Theft: Reported by Christina Pagano of Macungie; iPhone taken from her while shopping at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, police said; no loss estimate.

Theft: Reported by Jessica Sallit of Allentown; cell phone taken Sept. 17 while she set it down to look at merchandise and left it behind, police said; no loss estimate.

Charged: Robert Gross of the 4700 block of Doe Run Court, Schnecksville, with resisting arrest/disorderly conduct; at 11:43 a.m. Aug. 21 at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; Gross resisted arrest when Officer Dathan Schlegel of Berks/Lehigh Regional Police Department attempted to detain him, police said; charges filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner of Upper Macungie Township.
