Police Report Upper Milford Incidents

The following information was released by state police. It does not indicate conviction.

reported the following recent incidents in Upper Milford Township:

Theft: Reported by 47-year-old woman at 4926 Buckeye Road; advertising sign for a business and anchoring rods taken from front lawn, police said; $220 value.

Criminal mischief: Reported June 9 by a 46-year-old woman at 4280 Chestnut St.; windshield smashed and inspection and emission stickers stolen, police said; no value given.

Charged: Jeremy Richard Sacks, 31, of Hamburg; with access device fraud/unlawful taking; police said Sacks purchased gasoline for personal use against his employer's credit card between April and May; no value given.

I am concerned. Emmaus is a part of your constituency and to the best of my knowledge you have notRead More had a Town Hall Meeting or any public meeting in this area. Why? Safety is as important in Lehigh County as in other counties and programs such as this should be made available to everyone.
