The Emmaus Police Department released the following recent incidents pertaining to the borough:
Reported Dec. 27, 2012. Arrested. Angel Cruz, 39, of 102 S. 3rd St., Apt 1, Emmaus, for Assault, Harassment and Resisting Arrest after a domestic incident at his residence that occurred 12/24/12. Processed at Lehigh County Central Booking and committed to Lehigh County Prison.
Reported Dec. 27, 2012. Charged. A 16-year-old male from Emmaus with Possession of a Prohibited Offensive Weapon after being found in possession of metal knuckles in the 500 block of Chestnut Street. Charges filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Probation.
