Police: Counterfeit Bill Passed at McDonald's
Someone used a fake $10 bill to pay for a meal, troopers report.
Should the person who recently passed a phony $10 bill at the McDonald's in Lower Macungie ever be caught, they may learn that "having it their way" definitely has its limits.
That's because knowingly passing counterfeit money is a federal offense...even at the food-friendly McDonald's.
OK, "have it your way" was the 1970s slogan for fast-food competitor Burger King, but it isn't likely that that offer included accepting counterfeit money either.
