Nearly $4K in Jewelry Stolen from Nursing Home Resident, Police Say

Theft at Emmaus Village is among the recent incidents reported by Emmaus Police Department.

The Emmaus Police Department released the following recent incidents pertaining to the borough:

  • Theft reported by a resident at Emmaus Village, 659 Broad St. Overnight someone stole two rings valued at $3,750 and a $20 bill from a resident’s room.
  • Burglary reported at 1375 Pennsylvania Ave. Owner came home to find someone had entered the residence. Nothing was reported missing.
  • Vandalism reported at 64 S. Keystone St. Someone punctured a vehicle tire valued at $100.
  • Theft reported by an Emmaus High School student. The student said his wallet and cell phone were stolen from the fitness center.
