$1K in Jewelry Stolen from Emmaus Home, Police Say

Most of us have likely heard a disgruntled homeowner describe a less-than-ideal home repair project as "money flying out the window."

Heck, some of us may have even used that expression ourselves at one time or another.

An Emmaus woman may have been thinking something similar recently when she discovered two rings were missing after having replacement windows installed in her home in the 600 block of E. Greenleaf Street, according to the Emmaus Police Department.

The rings have a combined value of $1,000, police say.

Investigation is ongoing.
