Man, Woman Exchange Shoves and Kicks, Police Say

Both will be cited for escalation of argument at Upper Milford Township residence, troopers report.

An argument turned physical recently in Upper Milford Township, with a man shoving a woman and the woman kicking the man, police said.

Both will be cited for harassment, according to state police at Fogelsville.

The pair, unnamed in the report but listed as a 21-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, began arguing about 10 p.m. April 23 at 3331 S. Seventh St. Extension, police said. Police weren't specific as to who started the physical actions, but the man pushed the woman, and the woman kicked the man.

Police did not say whether either person was injured. They also did not say whether either party was a resident or what the altercation was about.

Charges will be made through the office of Magisterial District Judge Donna Butler, police said.
