Man Unhurt in Upper Milford Hit-and-Run Crash
Vehicle has to be towed after other driver takes off.
An Emmaus-area man was uninjured but was the victim of a hit-and-run accident Friday in Upper Milford Township, according to state police at Fogelsville.
Joseph A. Henseler, 34, was stopped at a stop sign facing northwest on Limeport Road at Brunner Road and Main Road East about 10 p.m., police said. An unknown driver traveling east on Main Road East failed to stop at a stop sign and was unable to negotiate the turn onto Limeport Road without hitting Henseler's Kia Sportage. The impact damaged the left front wheel of Henseler's vehicle, requiring towing.
Police did not have a description of the offending driver or vehicle, but said the sport utility vehicle struck Henseler's with the left front corner. The second driver left the scene, heading southeast on Limeport Road.
