Fork Lift Batteries Taken From Lincoln Elementary, Police Say

Theft is among recent incidents reported by the Emmaus Police Department.

Two fork lift batteries were recently taken from a work site at Lincoln Elementary School, according to the Emmaus Police Department.

The theft, reported by Spots Brothers Contractors, happened some time between July 4 and July 8, police say. The batteries are valued at $178 each and about $50 in damage was done to the cables.
