Theft: Purse taken Sept. 21 from unspecified victim in the parking lot of , North and N. 10th streets, police said; no value given.
Arrested: Lance J. Hilbert, 22, of 567 Chestnut St., Second Floor; Sept. 21 for assault and harassment after a domestic-related incident at his residence, police said; committed to Lehigh County Prison.
