Copper Piping Stolen from Emmaus Homes, Police Say

Copper piping was taken from two unoccupied homes for sale in Emmaus, according to Emmaus Police.

Someone may have been confused about exactly what was for sale recently when it came to two empty homes in Emmaus.

Earlier this month, copper piping was taken from two unoccupied homes for sale in the borough in two separate incidents, according to Emmaus Police.

In both cases, police say, overnight someone forced entry into the homes and stole the copper piping. The first burglary took place on May 2 in an empty home on Pennsylvania Avenue and the second happened on May 3 in an empty house on Spruce Street.
