Chainsaw Thieves Cut Into Shop Owner's Profit
Theft reported at Upper Milford lawn equipment sales and service store.
may be looking for thieves with green thumbs or well-groomed yards after a theft May 2 at an Upper Milford Township lawn care sales and service shop.
Several chainsaws and hedge trimmers were taken about 10:45 p.m. from , 4095 Chestnut St., police said. Thieves entered the shop, owned by Raymond E. Eisenhard, and removed the equipment. They left in a dark sport-utility-type vehicle.
Police did not give a value for the items taken, but ask anyone with information to call them at 610-395-1438.

In another incident, police said a Macungie man reported the fraudulent use of his debit card.
Sherid Bohach, 40, of Macungie told police his card was used by someone else April 15 to purchase $120 in merchandise at , 1220 Chestnut St., Emmaus.
