Assault and Harassment Reported at Lower Mac Middle School

The following arrest information was supplied by the Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville recently reported these incidents:

Charged: 12-year-old boy with harassment; Jan. 13 with pushing an 11-year-old boy several times into a toilet stall in , 6299 Lower Macungie Road, police said.

Charged: 14-year-old boy with simple assault; Jan. 25 with punching a 13-year-old boy in the face in Lower Macungie Middle School, 6299 Lower Macungie Road, police said; victim received swelling to his cheek and lip.
