Why can't Emmaus

Why can't Emmaus follow the lead of other boroughs and cities? They have managed to clear the snow and take it somewhere to dump. There are places in Emmaus to do that. Since the first significant storm many of the streets have lost 1/2 of the parking, and have no where to go to park. Why can't the Borough do like the street cleaning in many places, alternate the side of the street parking, so the plows can completely plow. I live at Ridge Manor at 3rd and Ridge,  we can't fit all our cars in the lot, so we have no where to go, and it is not only us, I see it all over. The parking situation has brought out the worst in people.

MR. Pepe and Mr. Mayor why can't you do something, I am sure you do not have any trouble parking. This winter will be remembered by many come election day.
