SNOW REMOVAL

My neighbors and I live at 333 Ridge St, as you know is a Senior High Rise, and most people know of the parking situation along Ridge as well as at the corners of 3rd and 4th even in good weather. We all realize that keeping up with this weather is a challenge, however, your plows keep pushing all of the snow to the front of the building. We can no longer cross the street or anything that would mean getting to Ridge St. from our sidewalk. The few parking spaces in the front are no longer accessible because the snow is being plowed into those spots. When there is an empty spot and we try to park there, the cars stick out into the road causing a safety hazard and possible damage to our own cars.as well as risk a ticket for being too far from the curb.

Your plows are blocking us in with snow barricades and virtually keeping us prisoners in our own homes. The maintenance staff clears the sidewalks, but your plows continue to plow us back in.

This evening at about 5:40 p.m. I watched as 2 pieces of equipment again pushed the snow to the curb at our building, causing some of the previous to spill over onto the sidewalk.

Show us some respect, the same respect and concern you show the other residents of Emmaus who have to pay taxes.
