Snow removal

I am a resident of S. 6th Street in the borough. On Saturday morning, I watched a borough backhoe removing snow from in front of St. Ann's school and dumping at the corner of 6th and Wood. After many years here, I have never seen the borough remove snow from this street. My question being why only the school side of the street and not the residential side? Parking being a continuing issue in this area with nothing being addressed by the borough, now borough assets are clearing parking for the school??? I'm really wondering.......
