Round 2 or 3, I have lost count

Here we go again, more snow on its way, the borough has not even cleared the snow from the last one. Are you trying to keep us "prisoners" in our homes---Once more, I live in the Senior Building at 3rd & Ridge, we still have no parking because the plows have moved the snow against every spot on the street, including blocking pathways to the street, maybe the borough should give us wings or someone to carry us. Then there are the people that yell when you park in an open spot,ususally one that is not used, then go so far as to place notes on the car---I thought this was a public street with no reserved spots.There are certain people that park cars so that no one can park, taking up 2 spots.  Can't you take the snow and carry it away to community park, the property for sale by Emmaus High School. I have lived in many areas that are hit with snow like we are, and never ever leave the streets like Emmaus.
