NO PARK mean NO PARK

Why is it that able-bodied young people park in the "NO PARK" section in front of stores such as the Weiss market in town, while older people walk further because they follow the easy rules that have been in place for eons? Then, when you tell the illegally parked person to move to a regular spot, they yell at YOU?

I have never seen nor been privy to such blatant disrespect for others and there is no sense that it will stop. Many younger people - mothers too - are nasty rude and downright ugly. They teach their own kids that you can do whatever you want - nothing will happen. The future looks bleak if this trend continues down the spiral path. Actually, the present looks depressing already.
