1. Weather: The National Weather Service is calling for a mixed bag of precipitation – first rain and snow, then rain again. They’re predicting a high of 44 with an 80 percent chance of soggy socks.  

2. Did You Know? According to Wikipedia, April Fools Day is celebrated on April 1 around the world in different ways. In places like New Zealand, Ireland, Australia and South Africa, the trickery only goes on until noon, with the person who plays a joke after that point being dubbed the “April Fool.” 

3. Biz Bites: , run by local portrait and lifestyle photographer Christopher Elston and his wife, Jen, last night was awarded a 2011 mychoicevoice Best Blogs of the Lehigh Valley award by “The Morning Call.”
