Loretta S. Leibensperger, 87, of Emmaus, went to be with the Lord Sept. 27, 2012 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was married to the late William H. Leibensperger for 62 years and the daughter of the late Edward and Pauline (Iobst) McElroy. She was a 1943 graduate of Emmaus High School. She was a member of Emmaus Moravian Church where she was a member of the Willing Workers-Peanut Gang, Women’s Fellowship, and 50 Plus.
Survivors: Sons, William and fiancée Eileen Rothenberger and James both of Emmaus; Daughters, Peggy wife of George Vargo of Allentown and Mary Lou wife of Richard Quier of Orefield; five Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren; Brother, John E. McElroy of Emmaus and Sister, Mary Guth of Macungie.
Services: Funeral Services Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 2 p.m. in Emmaus Moravian Church, Main St. and Keystone Ave., Emmaus. Viewing 1 to 2 p.m. in the church. Interment will follow in Emmaus Moravian Cemetery. , Emmaus is handling arrangements. Online condolences may be made to www.schantzfh.com
