Trenton Half Marathon Partners with Black Girls Run to be a featured National Meet up Event
Trenton, NJ - The Trenton Half Marathon, presented by the Haldeman Family of Dealerships, has partnered with national running organization, Black Girls RUN! to increase awareness and participation for this year’s half marathon event. Black Girl RUN! Co-founders Toni Carey and Ashley Hicks will be participating in the November event.
In 2012, Black Girls RUN! had nearly 300 participants to participate in the inaugural Trenton Half Marathon and 10K and brought an amazing energy to the event. From ladies cheering each other on along the course, to the dance-party during the pre-race all the way through the finish line, Black Girls RUN! Nation made sure that each race participant heard the support.

Along with the Half Trenton race finisher medal, Black Girls RUN! race participants will receive a custom Black Girls RUN! finisher medal for their group.
